Initial Consultations
Your first session will be an initial consultation where we can review their history and take our time introducing them to this new environment.
ALL initial consultations will need to be booked by calling us, not via the website.
Please note a vet referral form needs to be completed and faxed/emailed to us prior to the appointment.
Cancellation
As it is often difficult to fill bookings at short notice, any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged. If you cancel with 48 hours notice, 50% of the charge will apply, and hopefully with 72 hours notice a minimum charge of £10 will apply.
If we are able to rebook any sessions, no payment will be due.
